Note: Gift cards purchased online will be delivered in a separate parcel (at $2.50 per card) to the rest of your order and a signature is required on delivery.
DELIVERY
Gift cards purchased online or through our contact centre will be sent via Courier Post with a signature required to the address indicated by you. The address must be in Australia, and cannot be a Post Office Box. For security purposes, if you purchase more than one card at the same time, each card will be sent in a separate parcel. If you purchase a gift card in an order with other items, they will also be dispatched in a seperate parcel.
The delivery charge is $2.50 per Gift Card and delivery will usually take between 10-14 working days.
RETURNS
Our normal returns policy does not apply to Gift Cards. They are non returnable nor redeemable for cash.

- A gift card is redeemable for merchandise sold by either EziBuy.
- It is not returnable or redeemable for cash and cannot be used towards the purchase of another gift card.
- A gift card expires 12 months from the day of purchase or, if relevant, its last top up. Any unused balance remaining on the gift card at expiry will not be refunded or credited.
- A gift card cannot be replaced and EziBuy shall be responsible for any gift card that may be lost, stolen or damaged.
- A gift card purchased in Australia (or through the Australian website or contact centre) is valid only in Australia.
- A gift card is a plastic card which may contain any pre-purchased amount between $10 and $300. gift cards can be purchased and are redeemable either online or through our contact centre.
