'To', 'From' and 'Message' are required if the Gift Card is to be delivered directly to your recipient. It will be printed in the letter sent to your recipient with their Gift Card.
DELIVERY
Plastic gift cards purchased online or through our contact centre will be sent to the address indicated by you. The address must be in Australia, and cannot be a Post Office Box. For security purposes, if you purchase more than one card at the same time, each card will be sent in a separate parcel. If you purchase a plastic gift card in an order with other items, they will also be dispatched in a separate parcel.
E-gift cards will be emailed to the recipient email address nominated by you on the delivery date you specify during the purchase process, such delivery date to be no more than 30 days following purchase. E-gift cards will be activated on the valid delivery date you have specified. E-gift cards cannot be delivered on the same day as purchase - delivery is available only from the following day after purchase.
The processing charge (which includes delivery for plastic gift cards) is $2.50 per gift card. Delivery of plastic gift cards will usually take between 10-14 working days.
RETURNS
Our normal returns policy does not apply to gift cards. They are non returnable nor redeemable for cash.

- A gift card is redeemable for merchandise sold by EziBuy.
- It is not returnable or redeemable for cash and cannot be used towards the purchase of another gift card.
- A gift card expires 12 months from the day of purchase or, if later, its activation or last top up. Any unused balance remaining on the gift card at expiry will not be refunded or credited.
- A gift card cannot be replaced and EziBuy shall not be responsible for any gift card that may be lost, stolen or damaged.
- A gift card purchased in Australia (or through the Australian website or contact centre) is valid only in Australia.
- A gift card is a plastic card or email voucher pre-purchased from EziBuy for any amount between $10 and $300. Gift cards can be purchased and are redeemable either online or through our contact centre.
