AN APOLOGY FROM EZIBUY
It has been brought to our attention that the fabric content of our pashmina style 33419 is not what we were advised by our supplier.
The pashmina was marketed and labelled as being 70% pashmina and 30% silk. However, after testing the product, the actual content appears to be cotton/polyester.
We sincerely apologise. EziBuy, as compensation, will provide customers who purchased the pashmina with a full refund of the purchase price. Please contact our call centre on 1800 148 148 and they will arrange for the refund. We do not need the pashmina to be returned to us.
