I bought one of these the other day. The sizing appears to relate to dress size, however they either didn't fit properly or didn't stick properly. Possibly both! I'd suggest ordering small unless you're a 12C or larger.

I tried the invisible bra on for the first time today, just to see what it is like. The outside feels soft and nice. the inside had plastic covering an adhesive so i took the protective plastic off. they are a little sticky, but don't feel like they will stay on. if i had a tight top on then that might help keep them in place, but with a loose top, i am certain they would not stay on.

I bought this bra for my daughter and she is also doubtful the bra will stay on as the sticky bits aren't that sticky. Bought a M, way too small for 10d
