Sorry can't help with the fitting aspect but I have many merino garments and always handwash in wool approved detergent as per instructions.

A lot thinner fabric than I thought, fits well,found the size a good fit.

This dress is very stylish, however the material (merino wool) was very sheer and not as opaque as I had expected. You might need to purchase a slip for underneath or have the dress tailored to include a petticoat. Pretty.

I bought this dress and loved it, but none of the merino items from EziBuy are good to machine wash, even delicate cycle in a front loader - this dress went all waffle-weave after one wash, and the tops are similar. Turns out you can't treat them like Icebreaker gear!
