bridiemain.jpgActress Bridie Carter is well known across Australasia for her role as Tess McLeod on the top-rating drama "McLeod's Daughters".  Bridie has been EziBuy’s Brand Ambassador for the past three years and like many women, has proved herself a highly-efficient multi-tasker, juggling not only her EziBuy role, but also motherhood (Bridie and husband Michael are the proud parents of son Otis) along with her "day job" of actress.  Oh, and she's a great dancer too, overcoming her nerves to kick up her heels in great style and win Australia's "Dancing with the Stars" in 2007.  Bridie's popularity as an actress has also seen her receive public recognition with a host of Logie nominations—in one single year she was named in three separate categories, the Gold Logie, Most Popular Actress and Most Outstanding Actress.

HELLO MY EZIBUY FRIENDS

Hello to Tanja2, Bucki, Jo,Tinki, Monique,Simon, Dorathy and Tanja and everyone else out there!!!!

How wonderful to blog on now and see all your fabulous comments.

It is amazing that we can all connect through Eziby all over the world in different time zones, different lives, different seasons and share in our ever growing Ezibuy Style Blog Community!!!!

Very, very cool.

Now to cover a few housekeeping questions - no matter where you are in the world, if you have access to a computer, you can order Ezibuy online via the Ezibuy New Zealand Website. It's that easy.

If you are having problems with sizing there are sizing guides to help you as well as online guidance available for any questions. Make sure you sign up as there are always lots of great bargains - like free postage and special offers and the latest clothing and homeware styles.

So, no one has to miss out.

I also get the hardcopy catalogues sent to me - as I am still an old-fashioned girl - quite partial to a magazine and catalogue!

Tinki - I love Italy. Where are you from  -I was there last year and was dying to see myself speaking in dubbed Italian in the TV. I actually have a town full of relatives in a little village in Italy - my Great Grandfather was an artist and immigrated here to Australia.

I would go back to Italy in a second I love it so much.

Hello to Simon and Dorathy in the UK? Where abouts are you both from?

And Bucki in Texas - have spent time in NYC and LA but have not made it to Texas yet!!!!!

Another Tanja2 joins us and so good to hear from you Tanja1 and Monique and JO - I told you the homeware was good - there are "several" blue and white bags stacked in my loungeroom awaiting inspection - the quality of the manchester is so good - especially when you see the price. The thing I love about Ezibuy is you don't have to be a billionaire to have quality products and well made , fashionable clothing. We all deserve the best!!!

And we all need treats and spoiling - life is short - all we have is today!

Anyway, love to you all. Thankyou so much for taking the time to Blog me - look forward to hearing all your news and more and to meeting some new friends as well.

Been home a week and a half, and me and my little gypsy-family are off to Sydney again. I am filming there and hoping to also catch up with friends and family. My little boy can't wait to see all his cousins!

Talk soon,

My Mum and me checked both the site and my Mum was so interestend in many clothes. She wants to order some of them. Now she can do it from the New Zealand site,That's so great!

In one of your last Blogs you told us, that you are also helping on McLeod's to decide what Tess wear.
Did you also help on Tess wonderful wedding dress? This was such a beautiful dress and a great episode. What was your favourite or saddest episode in McLeod's?

I hope you are enjoying your leisure time at the moment at home.

Oh it sounds great, your little boy is going to see his cousins.
Do you have any sisters or brothers?

So I wish you all all the best and wonderful time! Hope to hear more from you soon.

Hi Bridie

I think it's just fab the way you make your replies so personal to all of us, makes it so nice to log in and see my name in your reply. I'm from Northern Ireland, a small part of the UK but it's home. Miserable weather, but it's coming into Autumn pretty soon, a lovely time of year. Have you ever visited anywhere in the UK? My friends and I have started planning our Australia trip for 2012, plenty of time to save and plan our journeys - my ideal trip!!!

I'll have to order some stuff now from the New Zealand site, have been trying for a long time to work out how to do that for Northern Ireland - so thanks for the guideline!

Lovely to hear from you again. Hope you enjoy your time with your family and friends.

Best wishes.

Dorothy

Hello Bridie,
this time I will blog again. It is great that you love Italy, too! I read that a part of your family came from Italy (and that is the reason for your feminine body), but I did not know that you make holidays in Europe. Wow! ;-)
Where in Italy you sent your holydays? Tell me something about your experiences there, please!
Did you also visit France? Germany? Spain?
My father is from Italy and I spent my hole childhood there. We had a little house on the island Ischia in the Gulf of Naples (Napoli) and I will never forget the time there. Now I am 23, but I still have Italy in my heart and the Italian way of life still influence my existence.
I hope you enjoy your free time with your family. In the moment I do not have much free time because I write the final thesis for my bachelor degree. Finger crossed! ;-)
Hope to read more from you soon!
Love,
Daniela

Hello Bridie,
and of course, hello to Bobbie, Dorothy, Tanja and all the others who share this blog with us.
I was really surprised to hear from you so soon.
Thank you for the tip with the New Zealand site. First I'd like to try to get a catalogue, because in this way I'm oldfashioned, too.
I love it to sit in my living-room in the evening with a good cup of tea and a nice catalogue and watch it over and over again and make plans.
Here in Germany it's coming into Automn, too. The evenings are not so long anymore and in the morning it's longer dark outside. But this year we have a pretty good summer. It's still warm and sunny most of the time.
If it works with the catalogue, maybe in winter I could wear some clothes from Ezibuy. My daughter Vivian, she turns to eleven in September, likes these clothes, too.
She is very tall. Someone who doesn't know her would think she is about 14. Children are growing up so fast.

Well, I wish you all a nice day.

And for Bridie: I wish you a lovely time with your family.
Hope to hear from you soon!

Love, Tanja2

Hi Bridie and everyone else!!

What a wonderful way to communicate with each other. I love reading your column Bridie and I love reading all the responses. Where everybody is from and what you are doing it is just great!!

I've been to Italy too. Milan was wonderful and I would love to go back. Here in Holland there are subtitles. Never dubbed so that is great! It must be weird to see yourself on tv but not hear yourself. I've been to a Star Trek convention to see Kate Mulgrew a few years ago and that is what she said when she saw an eps in Germany. Very weird but funny too.

Just saw the wedding eps last night. Your dress was so wonderful it must have been a very special eps for you and Myles.

Well next week I'm off to NYC for a week of shopping and site seeing and after that I'm going to order some stuff from the New Zealand site.

Have a wonderful time in Sydney and talk soon

Groetjes Monique

Hi Bridie
and hello to everybody who connects this blog.
I live in Modena, north of Italy next to Maranello, the little village from which the cars Ferrari originate . In which part of Italy you have been last year and where are your relatives from? Have you recognized your character, Tess McLeod, in dubbed in italian language? You have magistrally interpreted the character of Tess, which introduced interesting facets both under the human profile and dramaturgical.
I am really happy to connect with you and I have been amazed to read my name. I believe that there are few artists that personally answer in a blog. I think this shows your greatness, humility and great humanity.
Well I wish you and your family a pleasant week together with the friends and your child with his cousins.
Tinki
