Bought this for my son, he loved it, only complaint the pillowcase's were sown crooked, they sit twisted on the pillow's, don't know how it wasn't picked up when they were examined before packaging up.

The base colour is a stone/taupe not white or cream as shown.

This is a lovely neutral duvet, happy I purchased. Washes well, fabric nice and soft. The ribbon detail sets it off. I thought it was white but I see since then the photo has changed in line with the true colour. I still kept it anyway.

This looks fantastic but after having washed it on a cold cycle the buttons faded and have stained the duvet which has ruined it.

Definately not the colour pictured, much darker. Not as nice as I thought, quality of fabric not as good as I'd expect but it is a low TC. Buttons bled onto whatever part of duvet was touching them in washing machine. Wasn't sitting around long either. Wish I'd sent it back when I was disappointed with the colour.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with this product, you may return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
