Great fit sizing perfect as I usually wear 10 or 12 depending on make.

Love these pants. Wasn't sure that they would be very flattering with the pleats, as are a size 14-16, but they look really good on, and happy with the colour.

Fantastic pair of pants - the quality is excellent - these will be in my cupboard forever, love them.

Lovely quality and a medium density fabric which makes a very comfortable fit Purch sz14 and it fit well (sz 14 in pants generally) They have stretch so adds to comfort factor The colour is nearer to dark sand (light warm hue) These are just so comfortable. If curvy pear shaped it may accentuate the behind a bit but other wise great fit over waist & hips.

Agree with previous reviewers. Love these. I'm a 12, and a 38 was just right. Beautiful quality and fit. Colour more a light sandy brown than the greyish sand colour shown though.

Love these good quality chinos. Bought size 38 (10) and they fit really comfortably. Colour slightly lighter than shown. Slight stretch to fabric which adds to the comfort. Will get a lot of wear out of these. The sale price is really good value.

Theae pants had to go back as they were too big in the crotch and baggier in the leg than what i thought they woul be.Im a 10 to 12 and got the 10 .The waist fitted firmly so a smaller size would be no good

Quite high cut in stomach and not flattering at all. Not suited for younger trendy person.

Very comfortable fit; feels like a good quality make & fabric. A slightly thicker fabric opposed to a light 'chino' fabric.The colour is quite light for beige (i thought it might be a bit darker/greyer) but a nice pale colour. like a dark sand colour Purch sz 14 & they fitted well with some room for movement due to the stretch. Im a standard sz 14 in pants/slacks. I also like the pleated detail near the hips at the front - very feminine fit.

I agree with previous reviews as these are a great quality and fit - but the colour is not as shown . I was expecting a grey, but received a much lighter, more yellow-toned colour. Disappointing, but not disastrous!
