Has anyone bought this jacket. How is it for sizing, quality, colour etc?

Just received my jacket and am very disappointed in the colour. It is almost black and has no sheen, nothing like the beautiful blue as shown in the picture. Just doesn't have the wow factor as it appears in the photo and I was hoping for.
DELIVERY
Standard - pay $9.90 for delivery within 5-10 working days.
Priority - pay $14.95 for delivery within 2 working days to select Australian areas if order placed before 12 noon (AEST) on weekdays. Items on backorder or waitlist will be sent via standard delivery once in stock.
Complimentary upgrade to priority - Spend $200 or more in a single order and pay only $10 for priority delivery.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with this product, you may return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
