Purchased necklace and whilst it looks great on, beware! After 2 wears, it broke scattering the beads. I noticed that it is strung with only 4 strands of thin white cotton. Not good enough! Now I have to dismantle and re-string it on some very fine nylon thread. Why bother purchasing something that after 2 wears, has to be pulled apart and rebuilt. I have been with Ezibuy for almost 20 years and I have to say that during that time I have noticed quality issues right across the range.
DELIVERY
Standard - pay $9.90 for delivery within 5-10 working days.
Priority - pay $14.95 for delivery within 2 working days to select Australian areas if order placed before 12 noon (AEST) on weekdays. Items on backorder or waitlist will be sent via standard delivery once in stock.
Complimentary upgrade to priority - Spend $200 or more in a single order and pay only $10 for priority delivery.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with this product, you may return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
