I also ordered this bag just after Christmas, it is now the 4th of February. The very rude "Customer Service" person, was most unhelpful when I phoned to query what had happened. I won't be using this business for anything in the future. Site won't allow you to submit the review until you rate the product??? I would love to be able to do so!!!!!

Standard - pay $9.90 for delivery within 5-10 working days.
Priority - pay $14.95 for delivery within 2 working days to select Australian areas if order placed before 12 noon (AEST) on weekdays. Items on backorder or waitlist will be sent via standard delivery once in stock.
Complimentary upgrade to priority - Spend $200 or more in a single order and pay only $10 for priority delivery.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with this product, you may return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
