Great size, plenty of separate zip compartments, gave to little niece for Christmas and she loves it! But I am disappointed that one of the letters has come off the backpack (and lost) 5 days after Christmas. Unfortunately there are no pink backpacks to replace it, so have to try and find a replacement letter of same style!
DELIVERY
Standard - pay $9.90 for delivery within 5-10 working days.
Priority - pay $14.95 for delivery within 2 working days to select Australian areas if order placed before 12 noon (AEST) on weekdays. Items on backorder or waitlist will be sent via standard delivery once in stock.
Complimentary upgrade to priority - Spend $200 or more in a single order and pay only $10 for priority delivery.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with this product, you may return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
