I've washed this on warm gentle wash. No problems no smell! But agree that anything that goes on a bed MUST be easy to wash and should be labelled as such..

Great thickness and have washed it normally without problems. Better to be fresh and remove dust mites than have an allergic reaction to an applied finish!

The care instructions on the back of the packet say "do not wash". This is crazy for something you put your head on.

Please be aware that the care instructions say this is NOT able to be washed - spot clean only. It also has a strong chemical-type smelling dressing used on it that gave me a headache. But as I can't wash it out I can't use it. The last cotton pillow protectors I purchased from here were washable and fabulous - why the change?

RETURNS
