I love the look of this lamp but unfortunately it is very top heavy and very easily tips over. The shade is actually a very light beige when unlit.

The lamp is good value - however the base is extremely light, as it's hollow glass - which makes the lamp quite top heavy. So the base for me is quite cheap and nasty, however I would have paid $35 for the shade - well made and a neutral mocha colour making it a good addition to a home's decor.

Liz, the circumference is the total length of the circle there for the diameter or width is only about 35.5cm. Hopefully this helps!

I brought two of these lamps. Although they are nice they do not match the description at all. The lamp is a very light beige when removed from the box and it gets darker as you turn it on. I left a review but it was not published and there were other reviews posted at the time. All of these are no longer there ? I see you have changed the description from the original one but it is still incorrect ! I am OK with the lamps but please correct your description.

The lamp that arrived today was 66cm and 30cm wide not 112cm as advertised and the color of the shade was beige not woodgrain and the base is white. A nice lamp but not what was advertised.
