Wow! These were just what I was looking for. I bought 3 of the smaller size because I had black metal stands to place them in. They look as though they are floating above and in between the garden plants. I would also like three different sizes to place in a cluster together with one raised and the other two nestled in the garden. What made them even better was they were on sale at a reasonable price.

these are fantastic, the little blue wren look at themselves as well as other birds, but what i really like is the when you gaze into the ball you will see all around you with out moving, how lovely is that. Fantastic pressie for an avid gardener

Really pleased with these,I'm a littlle bit arty, have put these on top of two upturned planters in my garden and people are amazed they are from ezibuy,fills a hard to plant space in my garden.

I purchased two of the large gazing balls, both for Xmas presents for friends who have lovely gardens, sure they were slightly pitted and had a film over them but I polished them with window cleaner and they look great!! Kids love seeing their own reflection in them and they a real talking point!!

Beautiful good quality silvered glass balls. These have a stem with a rubber plug rather than being completely spherical.

I expected these were flat one side to be able sit on deck but has a spout piece I am thinking to plant with. Bit dented cheapish but on sale in garden setting should still look fab.

See what others mean by dents or marks but majority wipes off but for in garden should look fine

I recommend these gazing balls to provide light and reflection to an area in the garden. While they are made of glass they seem fairly robust.

Bought a med and large ball, my large ball is beautiful but my med has lost all the silver and now sits in the garden see thu.

Fragile - remember not to splash with cold water when they are hot as they will collapse and break - otherwise very pretty!

great idea, shame they don't come with a stand or that a stand is on offer to buy

I purchased the Gazing Ball for my mother as she loves gardening. Well, my Dad adores it and has claimed it as his own. Looks like I'll be buying Mum another one!

I purchased both balls. They are in a very large urn with growth all around them. They look awesome. I am thrilled.

I love the accent of these glass balls in the garden. You get a whole view of the garden in the one little spot. Brightens up a dark spot in the garden as well. Really pretty with the sun shining on them.

These balls certainly do add a new dimension to the garden and as in the description you can see the garden reflected at all angles. They are only balls so securing them into the ground is by way of hollowing the soil or mulch or nestling in groundcover.

Really good, first one was faulty but the replacement looks lovely in my garden.

Quality of item a bit disappointing

I found the balls to be slightly mottled and was unable to clean them to the finish shown in the picture. However, they are definitely a striking feature in the garden.

Ball has a pitted surface in areas - a little disappointed

A little disappointed as I was expecting an actual glass ball - (although I suppose that would risk breaking outside), the gazing ball is just a plastic ball with mirror finish (mine has a dimple in it too) - pretty cheap and poor quality really but I guess it will be OK somewhere in the garden, I would have sent it back but it is comes in a large box so it's really too much hassle for me to return. I wouldn't buy another one or recommend it.

Was very excited to receive my gazing ball but was very dissapointed with it. Within just a week all the silver has gone and its just a clear ball.

It looked great when I first put it in one of my garden beds, but unfortunately it tarnished really badly within a few days - sorry.

I was so looking forward to having this beautiful ball in my front garden but was disappointed when it arrived. Lots of flaws on it and pock marks, then the reflective finish disappeared after about 2 wks leaving just a clear but rather dirty looking ball. Would not recommend this item at all. Really not worth the money.

I bought 2 and they looked fab at first even though one of them had an apple sized patch that had no mirror finish.. But within a month they had lost all the mirror finish so now we have dirty glass balls full of condensation in the garden. Am very disappointed that I spent so much money on them.

Extremely poor quality product. The first arrived with a crack plus other flaws. I got a replacement and it was just as poor quality. Very disappointing, didn't look near as nice as in the photograph.

Mine also lost all the mirror after a few weeks and left with a condensation full glass ball. So glad i did not give as gifts as they were intended. The reason i didnt give was the marks and flaws on them. but thought i'd be happy to keep myself like that... but losing the mirror effect, loses the whole effect of the product altogether. I agree you with another reveiwer ezibuy you should withdraw these from your list.

I gave this to my husband as a Christmas gift - looked great initially but within a fortnight the mirror finish had washed off and we are now left with just a clear ball with water condensation on the inside!

Both the balls popped the silly plastic cap in the high temps here in Perth , consequently they are no longer GAZING BALLS they are merely Glass Balls. A very disappointing buy. Not recommended

Absolute rubbish - atrocious quality, dents and pock-marks and dirty-looking. Got it on sale for under half-price and it's not even worth that! Couldn't possibly give as a gift as intended, and it's also silly that (unlike the website) the box shows ball displayed on a stand...and then says "stand not included". Ridiculous. And it'll be annoying to return. Just don't bother.

I always wanted one of these and will not actually order one as the balls are apparently NOT made from Glass as stated in the Product summary and also thanks to some rather negative reviews of customers.

This item should be taken off the website. I have been very happy with the quality of the items I have purchased up to now. Mine has dents, pits and scratches all over it. :(

Not very happy will the ball, the one I have has flaws, there a marks on the ball. It looks like a manufacturing fault in the silver coating.
