I'm a 10/12. Bought a 36. Snug but still comfortable, holds me in and elongates my shape. Love it.

This dress is beautiful. My first purchase and thanks to the other reviews I got a 36 which was perfect for me (size 10). Won't hesitate to buy more of this style.

I found this eyecatching designed product to fit my body shape perfectly with no adjustments required. I feel the cut of this particular design will not sit well on thin willowy shapes but on more curvy shaped bodies instead. I purchased a size 18.

great dress great style bought the size 8 but was still too big and needed adjusting throught the middle but was easy to do.

Got a 36 as per the reviews, am usually a size 10 and the fit was pretty good. A little tight under the arms and slightly gappy in the back area but am looking forward to wearing it to work

Quite a stiff fabric so holds in tummy region well.Print is very flattering. Neckline is slightly higher than i would have liked for a summer dress, but I am sure will wear this thru winter with jacket.

Length is long like the picture and looks better shortened to just above the knee as a smart dress for work.

I bought the black dress in this style - and I love it. Great fit, and quite a slimming style. Quite tempted to get the patterned version.

Dress is good quality but didn't suit me, the black and brown on the model is more balanced in colour than in the dress delivered. The one i got had more yellow brown mixed in with the moka brown and black. I got size 46 and it fitted well on a size 16 person but i still have a mummy tummy so did not suit.

I can't wait to start wearing this dress-if it ever warms up enough. Beautifully lined and a great fit.

Lovely dress. The patch of lighter colour at the front does accentuate the stomach a little, so better for ladies with a partcularly flat stomach.

Wonderful shift dress, pleased to find one in a natural fabric. It is wide which is essential for me, and the princess seams detract from complete boxiness. Neck line could have done with some shaping but this is easy enough to sort out.

Cool summer dress, however I probably will take the lining out as this will make it hot to wear. If in doubt about size go up one. Length comes to touching the knees 5"8. I would have liked it to be a little longer but it is still a nice dress

Not my best purchase, the dress is actually quite baggy and not as fitting as the picture shows. I ran it in rather than returning but probably won't purchase a european style dress again.

Ordered sz 8 and it fitted nice i also loved the colours on this dress but unfortunately it didnt sit as nice as I thought it would, so have returned it.

Needs more definition in the waist area. I will take the waist in a little. I am normally S12, it is a bit big in the waistline

The sizing was not consistent with other Capture garmets that I have purchased.

Quite boxy and shapeless so I will have to alter to make it look good but the fabric and print are nice.

Not sure about this one - the cut is odd. Am a standard size 10, purchased a 38 and it's baggy in the top and tight in the hips/belly with hardly any seam allowance for letting out. A shame as the fabric seems good quality, but it may be going back.

This dress looks great in picture, but is like a tube dress with no shape, very square, so when you sit down it rides up very high. top part of dress is fine but waist down is shapeless. So have returned it. I ordered size 16

I love this dress (I bought it in black). The style is perfect on my size 16 - 18 frame - I feel very elegant in it. For me this is the perfect 'LBD' - the fabric & finish are of high quality and a classic, timeless design that can be dressed down for smart day time wear or dressed up for evenings.

I love this dress and actually purchased two, one taupe and one black. I find however that for dresses I Need to purchase one size up - being a 14 normally I find I have to get a 16. Also bought the jacket - true to size in a 14 and have received many comments on how nice it looks and how flattering the whole outfit is.

i read a few reviews before purchasing this dress and thought may be i should order a size smaller than what i normally would buy,but yiks breath in deep too tight, So I had to send it back and to my horror they had all sold out, luckily a week later they were back on the self so bought a size 40 and perfect fit. Great to dress up for good or just lunch out with the girls

I am a size 10 & bought the 36. It was not as fitted on the waist as it looked so I wore a belt. I did get a couple of comments on my 1st wear. It is a very nice dress

Very nice dress, well sewn, good quality fabric. I ordered size 36 and it fits well everywhere except for the neckline. It's too high cut and if you have generous bust, it looks awful. Unfortunately, had to return.

I am a size 18 and the 48 fitted wonderfully ... but the large taupe flower was in the 'wrong' place. It sat high on the neckline and was unflattering near my face.

Will be returning as too loose in the bust and print placement has the brown area near my face which looks wrong on me. Well made, nice fabric but not right for me.

Really disappointed that this dress was still too big in the 36 so I have to return. It's a shame because the jacket is amazing, will have to find something else to wear it with.

beautiful dress and material but the cut/ size is a bit off, I am a sz10 and the bust was perfect but the waist billowed out (not shaped in like the pic) and it was tight around hips (and I am not a big hipped person) overall very dissappointed as I love the material, will send back.

Wide and shapeless - didn't find the princess seams someone else mentioned. The model must have had this pinned at the back! Fabric is good quality though.

Very very disappointed in this dress, the model shows it longer than it actually is, I am 172cm tall with DD bra. 16 fits everywhere else but not long enough. Perhaps they were short on fabric the day they made my 16! The dress is well made, just NOT the length it shows in this photo. Wish womens dresses could come in two lengths like a lot of mens trousers do. I've put 2 stars, it would have been 5 if it was the correct length.

Think I would have looked better wearing a sack. This had none of the figure hugging shape in the photo. Would have needed lots of alterations to get it to look like the photo.

i bought the 8 and its more like a 12, the dress is very boxy and doesn't really flatter - unfortunately sent it back

Ordered this dress in size 36 (8) even though I am a size 38 (10). Liked the print, however even in a smaller size, this dress swam on me, too wide and shapeless, therefore will be returning.

I am size 10 however I chose size 8 (36) due to a few past purchases. This dress still swam on me...shapeless, too wide. Will be returning.
