Capture Printed Dress

I love this dress. Bought it for work and everyone there loves it too. It looks very feminine and soft. People comment on the pretty print. It was a good buy.

I don't think the picture does this dress justice. It is really pretty and feels so feminine and soft on. It is much lighter and very soft than displayed. Love it!

Can someone please describe the dress. Is it waisted? There's no description and it's difficult to tell from the photo

This is a nice dress but I don't like the tie at the back.

I chose size 18 because the sleeves on the 14 & 16 were too tight. Consequently, the bust/hips are too loose. It's not too noticeable because the waist is elasticated and the fabric is light and sits well (but chiffon, so has no give). You can wear the bodice undone as there is a thick black slip lining the whole dress - this breaks up the monotony of the floral print. It would have been nice if it was shorter; the mid-calf length makes it look a little dowdy.
