Emerge 'V' Neck Dress

This is a cute little black dress. From day to night, very versatile. A bit short in length, pair it with black opaque tights and you are ready to go. Team with a long coat in winter and the cooler months.

I love this dress. It is a thick fabric but a nice length (I am 5'9 and it came to just above my knee). You could wear this summer or winter. I bought the blue and it's a gorgeous colour. Think I might buy this in the black or red also. A good buy because it is such a versatile style.

To Clothes Horse, being a pear shape this style of sleeveless dress just enhances your pear shape unless you balance the top out with a merino underneath or a shrug or even a longer cardi which I would suggest for your shape, but wear the dress with a belt to give yourself a waist, and if the dress seems to short you can wear knee length leggings for confidence, good luck!

I'm a small size 12 and the 10 fit me well. Great for under longline jacket.

I bought the teal and its a great colour. Goes with grey or black well. Fits true to size. Very comfortable and easy care. Fabric is quite thick. I imagine wearing this with opaque tights and boots and jacket in winter. Looks good in warmer weather too, with a waist length pendant necklace.I'm happy, the price is good forthe quality. A keeper for me.

True to size. A little short. The shoulders are wide and curl up on the outside edge. The fabric is a bit heavy. I am returning it.

A simple and plain dress. Bought 3 colors. Cobalt, orange and black in size 8. Very versatile dress. Shorter that I imagined. Great with thick stockings and jacket. - beware its not lined! They are great with trench coats - good mix and match items.

Just a question about the length. Ali, you found the dress too short and Therese, you said it was just right for your height (5ft 9in). I'm only 5ft and like the length on the model or slightly shorter. Would it be too long for me? I would be grateful for you advice as I'm getting tired of sending things back.

I brought this dress size 12 it was too big, too wide and ill fitting, but what was really disappointing about this dress was the joining seams at the top of the shoulders the excess material was tuck inside and just sat really bulky on the shoulders. (Should have been cut away) It spoiled it without a doubt made it look like a poorly homemade dress. I return this dress

I'm really interested in this dress but have a couple of questions. Being a pear shape a-lines are supposedly more flattering - is this dress straight or a-line? Also is it really as short as it looks? Hope someone can help. :o)
