Got this yesterday and wearing today. You can't see in picture, has a black strip same as at bottom of skirt that sits right on your waist. I am 16 and doesn't make you look huge like I thought it might. Bargain for the price. My only criticism would have been a much better skirt if lined and would have been happy to pay more for it. Still love it though.

RETURNS
