I am 12 -14. the medium is a little big. Recommend to go down a size. I have black and will re-order a second colour. Perfect for work. Would give 5 but don't yet know how it will wash.

Love this skirt but definately gone down a size as the elastic is very loose ..It also is a good length on short people . I am 5' and it comes mid calf on me .
