love these shorts ordered size 18 but returned and got size 20 seemed to be small make

great and nice length as I am 5"3,

I really like these boardies. Comfy, and easy to wear

I went up a size after reading all of the other reviews and I am glad I did, they fit perfectly!

Satisfied with these shorts. Bought Sara brand 'cos couldn't find in any other brands so the legs are a little wide for me.

had these previously nice shorts with tank in pool as nit too long. Suit those of u's with shorter legs that are lost in the long shorts. I am quite hourglass and do find the size that fits is lose at the back. Of waistband and tie is just for show. Just tried size down but to tight in thigh so need stay ordinal size. Shirts thus length in larger sizes 18-20 really hard to find. Great buy in the sale.

Great shorts. I bought these for my 18yr od daughter who is a size 16......however, I had to exchange for a size 18. Ezibuy does make it easy to exchange products.

These are great shorts but not nearly as big as everyone makes out one size up is fine for me :)

I forgot to add...I think a zip would be a better idea that the drawstring.

I have finally found a pair of board shorts that fit me!

These shorts are a lovely colour and material, however I find the drawstring doesn't stay done up , especially if you use them in the water, as I do.

Returning as too small.. ordered an 18 as 16-18 is my normal size but will need a 20 in these

Great shape and length but very small! I ordered 2 sizes larger based on reviews and they are still snug, seem to me to be a much smaller cut than the non-plus size brands.

bought these to use while on holdiays, unfortunately did not try them n before I left. Way too big, but will have then adjsuted. Good quality

Great shorts to wear just wish they weren't so expensive and yes i found i had to go up a size also.

I wish I had read the comments prior to ordering, far too small, need about 2 sizes bigger at least

I am a size 20 and bought one size bigger (22) this was a perfect fit for me, not too tight and not baggy. With a board short I did not want them tight or firm. I am so happy that I bought a size bigger, they are perfect fit, in colour ink. Length could be 5-7cm longer, but I would rather these than the long board shorts that make fill with water and make you skin !

I forgot to add that the back may not be as flattering if you were to wear these with a one peice or bikini top. I wear the Sara tankini tops with them and they are long enough to be pulled down over the bulge so it covers it.

These are great. I am tall and these are the most flattering board shorts I have come across. The velcro isn't really an issue for me. I just tie them up tight. I have these in black and aqua and the lighter colour is just as flattering as the black. Now that I have these I go to the pools all the time and I got to enjoy the beach when we went on holiday this year which was just fantastic. Thanks Sara! I would love some brighter colours for summer.

These are wonderful, particularly if you are short like me. Not those long, baggy oversized boardshorts. wonderful

Boardshorts are so hard to come by - especially those that fit properly. I love these! I ordered two pairs!

Thank you fellow reviewers! I am a 20 but bought a 26 after reading the reviews. They only just fit around my waist, being an apple and not a pear. I agree the velcro is redundant, but having a longer top would cover it. I had no troubles with the back sitting funny. Pool - here I come!

I bought these for a recent trip to Phuket, they fit beautifully, although the little piece of velcro popped open every time I sat down. I don't understand why they wouldn't fit longer velcro for a better quality piece.

Not having read the reviews when I saw these board shorts, I ordered my normal size. when I received them, they were too small, so next size up. Again too small, so again next size up. These fit nicely, except when I moved and the velcro popped open, so I have finally got a size that fits (three sizes bigger than I would normally get.) and the velcro stays closed. - And I have to take it in at the waist.

Board short length was so perfect, but i am an apple shape so didnt really fit me very well. It would be great for a pear shaped lady, as is most of sara clothing.

I have just purchased a pair of these boardshorts and am hoping they will be good. Although i would love to see some 3/4 board shorts for the taller women. Please take into consideration.

I agree that about the poor quality velcro and bulging back, but the most disappointing thing is the legs that stick out at the hemline. Could this be tapered in? Fabric is nice and they are a good length. I would also suggest no tie with just an elastic waist, as most of us wear the longer tankini over the waistline.

Good length, but shorts stick out too much on the bottom of legs - and velcro doesnt hold.

The tiny bit of velcro comes undone and it is not because the shorts were too small as i ordered a larger pair. Also the material in the sides short stuck right out unlike what is featured in the pic above.

I have purchased these shorts, love the length, but the tiny piece of velcro to hold the fly together constantly comes apart. They would be heaps better if they had a zip

Dissapointed. It's a creeper and the velcro is not holding. Buy at least 2 sizes up.

These boardshorts looked great when they arrived,but they did not fit, so I was mightily disappointed. I purchased in a size that I thought was in keeping with the size I buy in the cotton pull-on shorts, but there was a huge discrepancy. Unfortunately, I don't think going even larger would help much.

I like the length and the cut of these shorts generally. However, there are a few issues that make them not so great: the velcro closure and the back. The velcro closure does not stay closed. Even when I am folding these up to put them away, the fly area bulges out and doesn`t close. Also, the back, just below the waist band, bulges out a bit. It`s not horrible, but it`s not the best look. I think I would like these a bit better if there was a built in brief, but that may just be me.

No no no. I did not have any luck with these. I am a pear shape, 16. I brought a 18 and these did not fit me. Definitely not buying size 20. Material very thin and velcro not strong. Not the quality that I thought after reading some reviews.

I am normally a regular 16 in a pant but these were very tight. More like hotpants than boardshorts. I had to send them back.

eeek...these are terrible...would have returned them had I not been desperate for them and needing them that weekend....very poor fit and too short for people who would be wearing Sara clothing!

I was really disappaointed with these shorts. Very unflattering and I even ordered a size bigger (18) just in case, this size didn't fit me, their not true to their size. Brought a size 20 in the pink and they were far too big. Not sure what is wrong with the style but they definitely do not flatter.

They look great in the picture but after reading the reviews I won't be buying these, as I don't think they will fit.

I tried these on yesterday in David Jones. They look fantastic until I tried them on.... I am normally a 22 in the pants and I kept going up a size until I got up to trying on size 26 and they were still far too tight. I put them back on the shelf after being completely devestated by the whole ordeal.

Flimsy fabric and not good value - cut would only suit certain figures.

Bought these shorts, unfortuniatly had to return them due to being a really small make!! I really loved these for they finally had no flowery designs on them they are just plan and simple perfect. Pity about the sizing.
