Just what I wanted.No probs wearing it out over white pants or jeans.I'm sure the frills will sit much softer after I've washed it and no it's not for under a cardi with those sleeves.

I am quite short and broad and had to cut some off the bottom and rehem. Difficult on chilly days to wear jacket or caridgan due to the ruffles. Otherwise very smart and good quality. I didn't sent it back.
